ASTURIA TOWNHOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION (ATHOA)

The HOA is responsible for the covenants and deed restricons specific to the Townhomes within Asturia, as governed by the adopted by-laws. They have a separate Board which manages the day-to-day operations and all townhome business activities. They work in concert with the POA with respect to enforcement of these rules. In addion, the HOA is directly responsible for maintenance of the Townhome Community at Asturia Including exterior maintenance, landscaping, townhome modificaon requests, lease registraons and other approvals. The HOA coordinates with the CDD with regard to issues which fall under their purview, including facilities, common areas, and roads. Like all Asturia residents, the townhome owners pay CDD assessments (taxes) annually.

Townhome residents pay a monthly maintenance fee to the HOA for services. Payments can be made via PayHOA.com and are paid to Truist Bank, via autopay (ACH), consumer’s billpay service, credit card or, coupon (mail).
